PRIMA STYLE: This style is a motorized extruded louver that measures 10 inches wide. The louver blade itself is a double sided extruded blade showing a finished side on the top as well as the bottom for those who are concerned with the all around look whether on top or bottom of the cover. This option can only be built with an extruded frame and allows for unlimited custom options like crown trim, post bases, welded extruded rafter tails etc. This louver system is the pinnacle of quality unmatched by any other on the market. This louver has a smooth flat finished ceiling that is an upgrade over most louvers on the market that have an old style corrugated look. This option offers 22 different custom colors and it comes with all optional upgrades like automated wind and rain sensors, automated shades, round recessed lighting, heaters, post lighting, and mobile app, as well as embedded LED track lighting and RGB lighting.

The Grand and Prima style louvers we build are motorized and are controlled by a remote control or smart phone application and can be adjusted to any position needed as well as set on a timer through the application if purchased. We do offer a manual option in the Luxe style as well as a motorized option for that style.

Each cover has a gutter system that surrounds each section so that any water running off of the louver blades in any direction will be caught and channeled to the front of the cover and discharged through several different downspout options depending on the style your choose.

Every cover and pergola we build is a custom build. There are NO standard sizes. Everything is built to size for your custom application. At Velaro Shade Systems we are known for doing what can't be done in our custom applications of all types of patio covers and pergolas. If there is a will there is a way. The structural parts of the frame can support virtually any lights, fans, plants etc. Although due to the adverse effects of any back and forth motion, it is not advised to hang a human swing from the cover.
